The room itself was large, luxurious, and very comfortable.
They smiled and were alway polite and helpful. From front desk to concierge to housekeeping to F&B, the staff members were very professional and friendly. I was very impressed with the service we received at the Palazzo Hotel (not so much the casino - more on that later).
